I had a fantastic time at this resort! The indoor water park was an absolute blast with thrilling slides and a pirate ship play area that kept the kids entertained for hours. Plus, the on-site restaurant served delicious options that made dining super convenient, we loved the pizza!

The restaurant service was extremely slow.

The hotel offers a clean room and a comfortable bed, making for a good night's sleep. The water park experience was enjoyable, especially for families with children, providing fun activities. However, the service was lacking, with slow responses regarding shuttle arrangements and missing basic toiletries. Additional amenities could enhance the overall experience.

Not for families, too risky

Our kids loved the water park, it was the only thing that kept us sane during the chaos of our stay. The pool was packed with tourists but a few good slides made up for it!

We paid a hefty sum for this experience but it was less than acceptable.

The on-site waterpark was a highlight, with awesome waterslides and relaxing hot tubs. We also visited the Sioux Falls Arena for an event. Pro tip, dining options were great, especially the pizza!

One downside was the check-in experience. the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and attentive.

Dining options were limited, but the french fries offered were enjoyable.

However, the check-in process could have been improved as it felt a bit chaotic at times. The room was quite spacious and accommodating for our family, making it easy to settle in during our visit.

The friendly customer service made check-in a breeze, and my child loved the waterpark, proclaiming the beds felt like a hug. The pizzeria staff was exceptionally welcoming, enhancing our family getaway.

Our stay was fantastic! Just a heads up, it can get a bit loud at night, but it didn’t take away from our great experience. 🏖️

The spacious two-room suite was perfect for our family, with a comfortable living room and a well-equipped kitchenette that made meal prep easy. The waterpark area had several fun attractions, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of activities.
